The earliest date that students may self-register is 10/7/2008, and the
latest date is 12/21/2008. Students' self-registrations must be submitted between these two
dates only.
Please note that student-initiated submissions must be completed ten
days before the official application deadline. After that date,
only teachers are allowed to make submissions to the website. This
ten-day advance deadline is in place so that teachers have adequate time
to finalize and submit students' submissions.
