VANATS Upcoming Events

• The Fall Workshop 09, a collaboration with the MD/DC NATS chapter, was a success! The workshop was Sunday, November 1, at George Mason University in the Edwin Meese Room, Mason Hall from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Our guest clinician was NATS President, Scott McCoy, from Westminster College of the Arts Rider University. • VANATS is pleased to announce the 2010 Spring Conference, March 5 & 6 at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Conference clinician is renowned American composer, Lori Laitman. The VCU contact is Dr. Kenneth Wood. His email address is: kewood@vcu.edu.
• Virginia NATSAA (National Association of Teachers of Singing Artists Awards) competition is Thursday evening, March 4, 2010, in the Recital Hall of the James W. • The Mid-Atlantic Regional Spring Conference is scheduled for April 9 & 10, 2010 on the campus of University of South Carolina, Columbia, S.C.
