From our MARNATS President: Double-checking repertoire for region auditions and links and video requirements for virtual events is ESPECIALLY important this year. We do our best to catch things before our region auditions. However, the national preliminaries will not do any checking and verification beginning this year. This means that if one of the links doesn’t work or if the repertoire is incorrect or there is an issue with a video, the national office will NOT be reaching out to get it fixed. The singer will just be disqualified. Because we can’t change the repertoire between region and national prelims, that repertoire needs lots of eyes on it. We are going to do our best but I’m sure you have experienced with things slip through the cracks.
